Stuck on a level, hit a board that will not solve, lost your progress, or found something plainly broken? Write to us. A person reads every message.
There is no form to fill in and no ticket number to keep. Expect a reply within a couple of days.
What to tell us
Tappzi keeps no account and sends us nothing about your device, so anything you can include helps:
- Your phone and its operating system version
- The world and level you were on, and what the board looked like
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if you have one — it usually saves a whole exchange
There is also an export. Open Profile, then Share play history, and send us the file it hands you — it carries your own play record and nothing identifying, and it saves a lot of back and forth about which level did what.
Questions we get
Is it really free? Yes, and it stays that way. All 130 levels and the Daily Challenge are free, with no ads and no subscription. Levels and features added later will be a one-time unlock, and nothing that is free today moves behind it.
What age is it for? Roughly six upward. The first five levels have no clock and cannot be lost, so a young player is not thrown at a timer immediately; the later worlds are a real workout for an adult.
Does it work offline? Entirely. There is no account and no server, so the whole game — including the Daily Challenge, which is worked out from the date rather than downloaded — plays on a plane or in a basement.
Progress lives on your device. There is no account, so deleting the app deletes your stars, scores and settings, and moving to a new phone starts you fresh.
How do I start over? Profile, then Reset progress. It clears everything and cannot be undone.
Every board is solvable. Each one is generated and then verified against a solver before it reaches you. If one looks impossible, send it over — we would genuinely like to see it.
Does it work on a tablet? Yes, on iPad and on Android tablets, with a layout built for the bigger screen rather than a phone layout stretched to fit. Your progress is per-device, so a tablet starts its own record.
The sound is too loud, or in the way. Profile has a Sound toggle. Tappzi also respects your phone’s silent switch, so a muted phone stays silent.
How many worlds are there? 13, ten levels each, in one chain — nothing is marked “coming soon”. A world opens when you finish the one before it, by completing its levels rather than by collecting stars, so playing everything at one star never blocks you.
